1. DEPOSITS. A deposit of 20% of the holiday cost is required within 7 days of the provisional booking.
2. FINAL PAYMENT. The total cost of the holiday must be paid at least 10 weeks before departure. If the holiday is booked within 10 weeks of departure the total must be paid immediately.
3. CANCELLATION BY CLIENT. All cancellations must be received in writing by recorded delivery. The following cancellation charges are payable as a percentage of the total holiday cost.

4. CANCELLATION BY SNOWISE-CHATEL. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, we will refund all monies paid.
5. PRICE GUARANTEE. There will be no surcharges imposed by SnoWise-Chatel on the cost of your holiday. Only Government legislation can affect the price of your holiday once a reservation has been confirmed.
6. LIABILITY. SnoWise-Chatel cannot be held responsible for adverse weather conditions which may effect your travel arrangements.
7. DAMAGE. Clients will be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by members of their party in the accommodation. All breakages/losses must be paid for before departure. A cash deposit of £150 (or 200 Euros) is required from self-catering guests on arrival. This will be refunded less the cost of any cleaning/breakages/losses which may have occurred during your holiday.
8. PASSPORTS AND VISAS. Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have a passport that is valid for the duration of their holiday and any necessary visas. Holders of UK passports do not require a visa to visit France but clients who hold other passports should check visa requirements with the French Consulate.
9. FINANCIAL SECURITY. All payments from clients are deposited in a Trust account. To ensure financial security for our clients this money will only be withdrawn by SnoWise-Chatel after completion of your holiday.
10. INSURANCE. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that they have adequate insurance for their holiday. Where winter sports are involved please ensure that the policy you take out is adequate for the activities you will be undertaking and includes for all the costs incurred in the unfortunate event of an accident.
11. LEGISLATION. Your contract with SnoWise-Chatel under the terms of your booking is governed by UK laws.
